As part of the AM TACHELES project, located directly on Aaron-Bernstein-Platz, the design was envisioned to move far beyond the clichéd sweetness of a traditional pâtisserie. Instead, it weaves together the unique heritage of the Chinese owners with an unseen artistry of baking.
